My Process

I begin my creative process in nature, enjoying long walks in the woods and by the sea. There, I capture photos of plants and landscapes that inspire my colors and patterns.

Next, I search for and edit reference images of birds to enhance their light, form, and shadow for lifelike renderings.

Once I have my materials, I sketch Art Nouveau-inspired patterns by hand, digitize them, and experiment with colors and compositions until everything harmonizes in a final image.

Once the image is ready, I transfer the design onto my canvas and start painting.

I love using oil paints for their rich colors and flexibility, which allow me to experiment with techniques like soft washes and textured impasto details.

Before I begin, I mix my colors on the palette to get into a creative flow and ensure smooth transitions. As I paint, I continually adjust and layer, letting the piece evolve until it feels right.

To finish each painting, I carefully refine every detail until it feels just right.

Then, I add a protective layer of varnish to keep it vibrant and beautiful for years to come. Each piece is signed and custom-framed, so it’s ready to hang as soon as it arrives.

Once complete, the artwork joins my collection of currently available work, where you can explore and find the perfect piece to bring nature’s beauty and the spirit of the wild into your home.
