In this workshop I share my own artistic journey towards finding my voice and confidence as an artist.
I raise different questions chosen spesifically to help you get clear on the vision and purpose of your own work, offer a 5-step method to reconnect with yourself as an artist, and provide different journaling promps to get the creativity flowing.

THE SYMBOLISM OF BIRDS EXPLORED THROUGH PAINT
The purpose of this workshop is to enrich the experience of daily encounters with our feathered friends and to deepen our connection with nature.
During this 2-hour talk filmed in my studio in Norway, I will walk you through the inspiration and symbolism behind 9 of my paintings exploring birds.
I will touch upon the cultural, historical and mythical importance of each bird as well as dive into the symbolic meanings of seeing, dreaming and encountering selected birds. You will get to know Raven, Owl, Falcon, Robin, Nuthatch, Sparrow, Swan, Blue tit, and Blackbird.
